October 2001
Hey, it's just a Jack-o-Lantern, but it's probably the most exciting one I've ever made without help from my dad. Sharon and I had gone out to Trax Farms with some friends after doing a corn maze with. We bought this huge pumpkin because it has a nice color, and it wasn't that expensive, even by the pound.
First, I designed the cat face on the computer, and printed it out. I transferred the design to the pumpkin by poking through the paper with a nail, the connecting the dots on the pumpkin. Then, I cut out the design using a steak knife and an Ex-acto knife.
