For the clerk:

• A copy of the McGuire Schedule
   
• A tournament record sheet & a calculator
OR
• A computer with the tournament spreadsheet
   
• A pen or pencil
   
• Note paper
   

For the referees:

• Pens or pencils
   
• Game score cards
   
• One six-side die
   
• A timing device
   
• Thread, string, or rubber bands
   
• CTI ballots
   

For the players:

• Filled pieces if available
OR
• Unfilled pieces
   
• Player record cards / letter tickets
   
• Stash pads
   
• A few pens or pencils
